Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE for purchases over $100

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. BTW, Cristie Alfie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you. But please feel free to email us at pelly@tomibest.com

Return & Exchange Policy

We want your new bag to make you completely happy. If you are not, please read the below instructions. AND! Returns are Free! 

 

30 DAY RETURN PERIOD

Please contact our customer service at HELLO@cristiealfie.com within 30 days after receiving the product to request a return. Once you have submitted a return request, our customer service team will provide you with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email with detailed return instructions. Original shipping costs, if any, are non–refundable. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization as we will not be able to process it. 

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

We accept returns on full-price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging, and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged by the user, scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging. 

 

Cristie Alfie reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements because unfortunately, some people don’t play by the rules. 

 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Cristie Alfie will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Cristie Alfie. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. 

 

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

 

COMPENSION TIME-FRAME

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

  • Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

  • Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

  • Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.
